Step 1)

First get all the materials together. Materials needed:

• Colored Pens
• Black Pen/Sharpie
• Pencil
• Eraser
• Paper
• Ruler

Step 2)

Trace an outline of the shape you want your word art to end up looking like. For my example I will be drawing a sun.

Step 3)

Then you make a list of all the words you want to use. For my example I used words related to summer.

Step 4)

Then you will start filling in the image with words.

Step 5)

Once the shape is filled with the words, you earse the lines. Then you erase each word one by one, writing it back in with the colored pen.

Step 6)

Once all of the words are erased and filled back in with color your finished! You can frame it or hang it the way it is.
